New! Family Services on a Sunday afternoon!

 

We are planning some new Family Services Sundays at 3.30. Each service will last 30 minutes. The first 3 will be on (the last Sunday of each month)...

• April 26th

• May 31st

• June 28th

 

We plan this as a lively, vibrant, and friendly afternoon service suitable for children and young families, featuring singing and action songs, as well as a relevant Bible message that everyone can enjoy. See the Family Services page for more details.

Riverhead - normally, our regular Sunday services are:​​

8:00 am – Said Holy Communion (Book of Common Prayer)

9.30 am – Holy Communion (2nd & 4th Sundays of the month)

9.30 am - Morning Prayer (3rd Sunday of the month)

​​

9.30 am - The 1st Sunday of the month is All Age Worship

 

The 5th Sunday will vary between Morning Prayer/Holy Communion or another service, depending on the time of the year.

Thursday at Dunton Green 

​

There is usually a Eucharist service at 11.00 am held on the 1st, 2nd & 4th Thursdays of the month in Dunton Green Village Hall. On the 3rd Thursday of the month, there is a village coffee morning.

While we are between Vicars

 

Whilst we are between vicars, we are endeavouring to maintain our schedule of services as normal.  However, we are reliant on finding clergy to cover our services, particularly our Eucharist services.  The large number of vacancies in our area is making it extremely hard for all churches in the area to find clergy to cover services at the moment. 

​

We are all reliant on a small pool of retired clergy, who are in great demand.  We’re doing all we can to find people who can cover for us in the meantime, but know that there are and will be a significant number of weeks when this is not possible. We appreciate your continuing prayers and support during this period and hope you can forgive us when things don’t go quite to plan.
